Leigh started a sales career with Deluxe Check Printers, managing a sales territory of financial institutions in the Washington D.C. area. She moved from sales to project management, focusing on the internal update of an automated check order platform. She left that role in 2008 to stay at home with her two children.

Leigh has an active 5 year old boy who loves swimming, soccer, football, music, and anything having to do with the Cartoon Network! She also has a 3 year old who spends most of her time keeping up with her brother. She loves gymnastics, swimming, and all things "baby!"

In addition to her current role at Sitters.com, Leigh serves as the Vacation Bible School Director at her church. The program hosts over 250 community children at an engaging week-long camp. She is also a Parent Advisory Co-Chair at her children's preschool. Both volunteer positions keep her active in the community and engaged in her children's education. Leigh also loves cooking for family and friends, and would love to become a true "foodie." She is also a huge SEC football fan!

Leigh holds a B.A. in Psychology from The College of William and Mary.
