Before starting her family, Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University. She then spent several years working for the Marriott Corporation as the Director of Sales, earning recognition throughout her career, including "Most Approachable Manager."

Tracy has a 10-year-old daughter and a precious newborn son! Her daughter is learning tennis and enjoys golf and horseback riding. Her newborn son does what newborns do best, keeping Tracy busy and modifying her sleep pattern!
