Wendy has an Associates of Science in Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She worked in the Nuclear Industry for 12 years.

Wendy now has three busy kids; a 13 year old who rides and shows horses and plays soccer, a 10 year old who participates in the Special Olympics and does therapeutic horseback riding, and an 8 year old who is all about baseball and skate boarding.

Because Wendy is a Mom to a special needs child, she has first hand understanding of the challenges parents of special needs children face when searching for quality childcare and services.

Wendy has a true love for teaching and caring for children. Her previous work experience as a tutor and Montessori teacher's assistant, her book smarts, and her Mom smarts are being put to good use as a member of the Sitters.com All-Mom Editorial Team!
